brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

One day of nice warm weather on Wednesday was offset by it raining in the evening. And the thing abot it raining here in Ohio is that it doesn't just pour and go. There is no such thing as a passing cloud. Well at least not one that doesn't move slower than a crippled snail with arthirits. Its been raining and raining and raining and the temperature's been dropping like crazy. This morning it was 9 degrees for most of the day and the wind kept blowing nonstop so that made it even worse. Its been pretty miserable over here the past few day.s Work's fun but the weather's making it pretty unbearable. Had to go request for a transfer to a more sheltered games stall today.

Its pretty funny living in an apartment with 14 other guys. Our place almost always looks like hurricane Hattie took a detour through it. Dinner usually starts cooking only at 10pm or later and is served about an hour or so later because we're usually too lazy to pull ourselves away from the tv. My goodness, they've got so friggin many channels here!!! And they have Fresh Prince of Bel Air reruns back to back everyday!! HAha so sue me. I used to love trying to memorise that rap. And there's Lost and Grey's Anatomy and CSI and Whose Line and Yo Momma and Southpark and the Showbiz Show and the Chappelle show and dozens and dozens of hilarious nonsense!

Oh and we were feeling pretty homesick on Wednesday so we decided to discover what Chinese food tastes like in America. Opening the menu we discovered just why the Yanks stereotype us Chinese so. I mean the food listed just sounded so ridiculous! General Tso's Chicken and chow mein! Hahaha we all got a huge laugh out of it. Honestly the food itself would have ended up in the bin back home but all of us were just too happy to see rice!!! And wantons!!! Those were pretty bad for somehow these Americans found them absolutely delicious! This white guy Josh went through them like a lawnmower when we told him we could have them.

Oh well the rec centre's closing already. Better get some sleep and prep for tomorrow. Saturdays are crazy at Cedar Point. Oh and hopefully we can still get tickets for the Counting Crows and Goo Goo Dolls mashup concert coming here...
